About Plixy.

Plixy is my product development studio. I’m Arman Khan, a product engineer building web, mobile and AI products for founders and product teams.

The engineer you work with.

From the first scope conversation to the release, you work directly with me. Plixy’s work includes new MVPs, repairs to existing apps and focused AI or integration projects.

I built LivLyt, later acquired by ZenAdmin, and delivered the Madespace iOS app from the initial build to its App Store release.

My engineering experience includes a multi-year core-product and UI contract with Postman and an engineering partnership with Heyflow. See each case study for the work I contributed.

Agree on the work before it starts.

We define the user journey, deliverables and acceptance checks, then agree the price and milestones. A working demo gives us something concrete to review. Scope changes are discussed before additional work begins.

You own the repository and product accounts. Handover includes the source code and setup documentation, so you can continue with me or bring in your own team.

Tell me what you’re building.

For a new product, start with who it’s for and the one thing they need to do. For an existing app, share what’s working, what’s failing and the constraints you’re dealing with.
