I built LivLyt, later acquired by ZenAdmin, and worked on products at Postman and Somethings.

You own the code and accounts. A written scope and fixed price come before the build. Timelines depend on scope, access and store approval. Hosting, paid services and store fees are separate.

Walk away at any milestone. The first paid milestone has a full-refund guarantee; subsequent payments cover approved milestones. Rescue sprints typically cost $1.5k–$5k after the free review.

What does Plixy do?

Plixy is Arman Khan’s product development studio. I build web and mobile MVPs, repair existing apps and add AI features or integrations. You work directly with me from scope to release.

How much does an MVP cost?

Plixy’s Validate package is US$3,000–$6,000 for one core customer journey. Launch is US$6,000–$15,000 for a broader agreed scope. Hosting and other running costs are separate; the final quote follows a scope review.

What do you need before we start?

The problem you’re solving, who will use the product, and the one thing they need to do. For an existing app, include its URL and what’s failing. You don’t need a technical specification.

Do I own the code and accounts?

Yes. The repository, hosting and product accounts belong to you. The handover includes the source code and setup documentation, so another developer can continue the work.

What if the scope changes?

We agree what changes in the price or delivery date before starting additional work. Milestone demos give us a chance to adjust while the build is still small.

What happens after launch?

Validate includes two weeks of fixes; Launch includes 30 days of support. Continued maintenance, features or technical leadership can be scoped separately. You can also take the code to your own team.
